The Flinders Ranges has some of the most dramatic and beautiful landscapes in the country
Meaney’s rest is a spacious 3 bedroom self-contained cottage that was built in 1883 and has been recently fully restored to it’s former glory, and more. It offers the luxury of all modern amenities combined with the charm of yesteryear.
The polished Baltic pine and solid Jarrah floors set against the spectacular local sandstone walls showcase the perfect atmosphere for a romantic weekend away, family holiday or getaway.

The decor is lovely with a retro theme.... read more The beds are luxurious . We slept very well. The kitchen can handle any sized meal. Little touches such as bread, milk, condiments etc were appreciated. The wifi works very well and is complimented by other technological gadgets such as google home in bedrooms and the lounge room. We loved the jukebox in the lounge room that actually works. The hosts are lovely and communication was excellent. We cannot fault this accommodation in any way.

Very well maintained and was a delight to stay. This is just 20 mins from Wilpena Pound and we were glad we booked here.
The communication during booking was very nice and they even set up Easter eggs for the kids.
We had all kitchen supplies provided u dont even need to carry a cup. I would ask them to add a dish washer.
Overall its a great place to spend a holiday.... Highly Recommended. More
